All three sizes have the same footprint, so if a 6 m³ skip fits outside your property, a 12 m³ will too. You need a space about 4 m long and 2 m wide, with room for the delivery truck to reach it.

How Skip Hire Works
Skip Hire Cyprus arranges skip hire through a network of licensed local skip operators. You deal with us for your quote, booking and any questions. A licensed operator in the Nicosia area delivers the skip, collects it and takes the waste away.

Skip Hire Across Nicosia

Skip Placement and Approvals
The easiest option is to put the skip on private land, such as a driveway, yard or building site. If it has to go on a public road or pavement, you may need permission from the local municipality.
Apartment blocks without a driveway often need two approvals: one from the building’s residents or management committee and one from the municipality for the road space. Start both early so they are in place before delivery day.

- If the street is narrow or parking is tight
- About any low cables, trees or balconies over the spot
- If access is through a gate or shared driveway
