Skip Sizes and Prices in Paphos

Hire is for up to two weeks. Rubble, soil, concrete and other heavy waste are charged at the same rate as general waste.

SizeDimensions (L × W × H)Approx. bagsBest forFrom
6 m³3.7 m × 1.7 m × 0.9 m60–70Bathroom refits, small kitchen refits, garden clearances, attic clear-outs€180
9 m³3.7 m × 1.7 m × 1.3 m90–100Holiday-let refurbishments, full house clearances, multi-room renovations, landscaping€240
12 m³3.7 m × 1.7 m × 1.8 m130–140Construction work, villa renovations, hotel and restaurant refits, large loads of rubble and soil€300

All three sizes have the same footprint, so if a 6 m³ skip fits outside your property, a 12 m³ will too. You need a space about 4 m long and 2 m wide, with room for the delivery truck to reach it.

How Skip Hire Works

Skip Hire Cyprus arranges skip hire through a network of licensed local skip operators. You deal with us for your quote, booking and any questions. A licensed operator in the Paphos area delivers the skip, collects it and takes the waste away.

  1. Send your details. Call or WhatsApp us with your area, waste type and preferred delivery date. A photo of the waste and the spot for the skip helps.
  2. Get your price. We confirm the skip size and price.
  3. Delivery. The skip is delivered to your home, site or business, the same day if needed.
  4. Collection. Keep the skip for up to two weeks. Tell us when it is full and it can be collected the same day.

We take bookings Monday to Sunday, 07:30–18:30.

Skip Hire Across Paphos

We arrange skips throughout the Paphos district, from the seafront to the hill villages. The type of job, and what it takes to get a skip in place, changes a lot from one area to the next.

Kato Paphos and Poseidonos Avenue

Around the harbour and the hotel strip, much of our work is refits of hotels, restaurants and bars. Most of these happen in the off-season, between one tourist season and the next. In summer the seafront roads are busy with visitors, so if you need a skip there during the season, book an early morning delivery.

Peyia (Pegeia), Coral Bay, Chloraka and Tala

The villa areas west and north of the town bring a lot of villa renovations and garden clearances. Many of the owners live overseas and aren’t on site while the work is done. You can arrange everything by phone, WhatsApp or email: send us photos of the waste and the spot for the skip, and pay by bank transfer or Revolut.

Paphos Old Town (Ktima)

The streets around the old town centre are narrow, and getting a truck to the right spot takes planning. Before booking, we need the exact address and the access route to it. Send us a photo of the street and the spot for the skip, and tell us about any one-way sections, tight corners or parked cars that usually block the road.

Hill Villages: Tala, Kamares and Tsada

Roads up to the hill villages are often steep and narrow, which affects how and where a skip can be dropped. Tell us about the gradient, any sharp bends and the width of the road at your property. If the spot is on a slope, send a photo so the operator can check it before delivery.

Other Areas We Cover

  • Geroskipou (Yeroskipou)
  • Konia, Anavargos and Tremithousa
  • Empa (Emba), Mesa Chorio and Kissonerga
  • Kouklia and Aphrodite Hills
  • Polis Chrysochous and Latchi
  • Nearby villages across the district

If your area isn’t listed, get in touch. Most addresses in the Paphos district can be covered.

Example Job: Holiday-Let Refurbishment

This is an illustrative example of a typical job, not a record of a specific customer.

A two-bedroom holiday apartment in Kato Paphos is refurbished over the winter, before the next season’s bookings start. The old furniture, kitchen units, flooring and bathroom tiles all come out. That is a mix of bulky and heavy waste, so a 9 m³ skip from €240 is usually right, and heavy waste costs no extra. The owner lives abroad, so they send photos over WhatsApp, and the builder on site confirms where the skip goes. The block has no driveway, so the skip goes on the road. That means approval from the building’s residents as well as the municipality, sorted out before delivery day.

For a whole-home renovation, read our skip hire for home renovations guide.

If you are unsure about an item, ask before you load it, as some items cause delays or can’t be collected. There’s more detail in what can you put in a skip.

Skip Placement and Approvals

The easiest option is to put the skip on private land, such as a driveway, yard, villa plot or building site. If it has to go on a public road or pavement, you may need permission from the local municipality.

Apartment blocks without a driveway often need two approvals: one from the building’s residents or management committee and one from the municipality for the road space. Start both early so they are in place before delivery day.

When you book, tell us:

  • Whether the skip will go on private land or on the road
  • If you are in an apartment block or shared development
  • If the street is narrow, steep or parking is tight
  • About any low cables, trees or balconies over the spot
  • If access is through a gate or shared driveway

We’ll confirm with the operator that the skip can be placed safely before delivery.

Commercial Skip Hire in Paphos

For hotels, restaurants, bars, shops, offices, landlords, holiday-let managers and contractors, we can arrange single skips, several skips for larger projects, and repeat collections. See commercial skip hire for more.
